- 500W SPINDLE MOTOR: The TTC6050 CNC Router is equipped with a 500 watt spindle for engraving and cutting soft metals such as aluminum. Two additional spindle clamps (65mm, 69mm) are included in the package for upgrading the trimmer router.
- FAST AND POWERFUL STEPPER MOTOR: The TTC6050 XYZ axes are equipped with NEMA23 stepper motors, which make the machine run faster, smoother and with less noise. It has a torque of 2.3 Nm and a maximum travel speed of 5300mm/min.
- RIGID CONSTRUCTURE: TTC6050 uses durable aluminum T-track extrusions to support the MDF density panels, which are compatible with a variety of fixture kits, making it easy to configure add-ons, as well as easy to maintain and replace individual MDF density panels when needed.
- MORE UPGRADED DETAILS: The XYZ axis utilizes a linear guideway drive design with ball screws to minimize wobble and increase engraving accuracy to 0.05mm for more precise cutting and engraving. - LONG SERVICE LIFE: The thickened plate profiles used in all three XYZ axes make the machine more robust and, together with the sealing design, block dust and debris from entering the transmission structure, improving the life and operational stability of the ball screws and linear guides.
