This warranty does not cover any damages resulting from accident or misuse. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, we will repair it or elect to replace it free of charge. We will return your product, provided it is delivered, transportation charges pre-paid, to Adhesive Technologies with proof of purchase. Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Adhesive Technologies shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product. Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose on this product is limited in duration to two years from date of purchase.
